How WeekDate works

The beauty of WeekDate is that you only write each event once — even weekly, monthly, and on-the-date recurring events.

Simply put, it's the high-tech calendar for people who love paper.

How WeekDate works — monthlies on top, specifics in between, weeklies on bottom

Monthlies on top.

Monthlies are activities that occur every month on the same day — like your book club or cycling group that meets the fourth Thursday of every month.

Weeklies on bottom.

Weeklies are events that occur every week — like yoga every Tuesday morning or your weekly status meeting on Wednesday afternoons. This is your set weekly schedule.

Specifics in between.

Specifics are everyday things that go on a particular date — a doctor's appointment, lunch with a friend, a business meeting. You know the drill, your everyday calendar entries.

On the dated WeekDates, these pages are color-coded so you always know where you are in the month (1st week, 2nd week, etc.). On WeekDate Whenever, they're open for you to add your own color coding. Both formats now come as two full pages for lists & planning!

Life all over.

To run your life, simply look in one column each day to see all your appointments. But guess what? You only wrote it once!
